Sanitizing Stations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Please use the hand sanitizing station upon entry and exit of the clinic

• There is hand sanitizer at every chair location in the clinic as well as at the front reception 

• Patients are asked to please bring and wear a mask​

• A protective face cloth will be used as an additional barrier between patients and the table

  • Tissues will also be available for patients to use if they need to touch their face

• All tables and surfaces will be cleaned with a medical grade disinfectant that is proven to kill viruses like COVID.

Physical Distancing Measures

• Please be on time for your appointment to prevent gatherings in the reception area. 

• Please understand that there will be no handshakes when greeting patients to reduce contact time

• When at the reception desk please stand behind the barrier

Changes to Treatment

• Appointment times have been increased to allow time to clean between each patient.

• Clinic hours are extended to accommodate everyone while maintaining these safety standards.

• We have removed amenities such as magazines and toys to reduce potential person to person contact.

• Please fill out all paperwork online if possible.

• Direct Billing is provided free of charge to allow more online payments. Tap is recommended for any additional balances. If you need to touch the POS system please use hand sanitizer before and after ​
