Catherine is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of BC (CCHPBC). With a
background in health care and studies in psychology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Catherine brings a holistic understanding of
health and wellness to her practice.
After experiencing the transformative benefits of acupuncture firsthand, she chose to dedicate her career to this healing art.
Catherine’s approach is grounded in empathy and a genuine desire to support each patient’s well-being. She is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth to provide the most effective, personalized care.

Her treatment philosophy is to support patients through both physical and emotional challenges while helping to activate the body’s natural healing abilities. She believes in educating and empowering patients, giving them the knowledge and tools to actively participate in their own health.

She offers care for a wide range of concerns, including women’s health, fertility, digestive issues, headaches, stress, chronic pain, and mental health, among others.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys swimming, sewing, reading,
finding joy in movement, creativity, and balance.
